In these last days, many Christians are fascinated with six hundred threescore and six (666) and the absurd "Left Behind" FICTION/FABLE series (or anything of that ilk). We, as a group, have a very great curiousity about the great tribulation. As a result of this... We've lost our perspective on these end times. In reality, these last days are NOT about the devil--he is a defeated foe. THEY ARE ABOUT THE COMING OF THE LORD. The falling away/apostasy/defection from the truth and the man of sin simply PRECEDE the coming of the Lord (ref. II Thes 2). The Lord told me to do these Deception emails on Friday, September 20, 2002. Please understand that ALL THIS INFORMATION ON DECEPTION, THE ANTICHRIST, AND THE APOSTASY IS SO THAT WE KNOW WHAT **PRECEDES THE COMING OF THE LORD**--AND WHAT WE NEED TO DO TO BE READY WHEN HE APPEARS. The Bible talks a lot about the signs of Jesus' coming and the end of the world. Our King has not kept His body in the dark for these 2,000 years. He has kept us apprised of what must shortly come to pass so that we are fully instructed and ready roll with it by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony. During these times, the true church will be "purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand" (Dan 12:10). Though these days grow extremely dark, the Lord does not want us to be soon shaken in mind or troubled. These things MUST come to pass BEFORE HE RETURNS. I WANT JESUS TO COME BACK (OH, HOW I WANT HIM TO COME BACK) and these things MUST happen and WILL happen before He comes. This time in which we live is an exciting time because we see many clear evidences that the coming of the Lord draweth NIGH. It will not be another 2,000 years before the Lord comes. We are close to His coming, though we have a few more trials and tribulations to endure. ALL of God's word must be fulfilled--even the prophesied offenses against His beloved people. Not one jot or tittle (the minutest details) will pass from God's law until ALL be fulfilled. Terrors may be upon me from the north, south, east and west, but hallelujah, King Jesus is coming soon. And when He comes, He will DESCEND (HE'S COMING DOWN) from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God. AND I AM GOING TO RISE UP TO MEET HIM IN THE AIR--WHETHER DEAD OR ALIVE. YES, LORD. I'M GOING UP. EVEN AFTER MY SKIN WORMS DESTROY THIS BODY, **YET IN MY FLESH SHALL I SEE GOD**. OH, GLORY TO HIS NAME. THEY THAT HEAR THE VOICE OF THE SON OF GOD SHALL LIVE AND RISE. AND NOT ME ONLY, BUT **EVERYBODY** WHO LOVES HIS NAME AND HIS APPEARING. Saints, we are to comfort one other with this kind of talk (I Thes 4:17-18, I Thes 5:1-11). Think about this often. Jesus' coming will be a glorious day for the saints. But for the wicked and disobedient, it will be quite a different story... *****COMING IN VENGEANCE***** When King Jesus comes back, He won't have a crown of thorns wounding His blessed head. And He won't be on a cross, glory to His name. He took care of that 2,000 years ago. He will come back as CONQUERING KING AND LORD. In that great day, He and He ALONE will be exalted in the firmament of His power. He is coming back in great glory for-- (1) His people, and, (2) to execute judgment and wrath on the ungodly. When He comes, King Jesus will be arrayed in a vesture DIPPED IN BLOOD and His name will be called, The Word of God. His eyes will be as a flame of fire that will pierce and penetrate ALL the weak stratagems of His enemies. HE SHALL CONSUME them with the spirit of his mouth, AND HE SHALL DESTROY with the brightness of his coming. Out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword--and with it He will SMITE the nations. On His beautiful head there will be many crowns; and a name written that no man knows but He Himself (we cannot comprehend all his perfections at this time, though we know He is all glorious). His name will STILL be called Faithful and True and He will RULE the nations with a rod of iron. That rod cannot be broken, IT WILL DO THE BREAKING. In the day of the Lord, He ALONE will be exalted in the firmament of His power. It will be a day of darkness and clouds and terror for the wicked. When He comes, there shall be signs in the sun, in the moon and in the stars. Upon the earth there will be DISTRESS of nations and PERPLEXITY--with the sea and the waves ROARING. Men's hearts will be failing them for fear, HEART ATTACKS as they are looking after those things which are coming upon the earth. None of their earthly treasures, blasphemies, or heresies can withstand that day. Just the brightness of His coming will destroy all that. The powers of heaven will be shaken and the tribes of the earth will MOURN. The "mighty" men of the earth will HIDE in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains, saying to the mountains and to the rocks, "FALL ON US, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of his wrath is come; and WHO shall be able to stand?" The Lord ALONE will be exalted in THAT day. And (as saith Enoch the seventh from Adam) He will "execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are UNGODLY among them of all their UNGODLY deeds which they have UNGODLY committed, and of all their hard speeches which UNGODLY sinners have spoken against him" (Jude 15). We're talking about the those who walk after their own UNGODLY lusts, being SENSUAL, having not the Spirit. [SAINTS, KEEP YOURSELVES IN THE LOVE AND HOLINESS OF GOD AND BE NOT PARTAKERS WITH THEM. DON'T DO WHAT THEY DO--FOR GOD HATH NOT CALLED US UNTO UNCLEANNESS, BUT UNTO HOLINESS (I The 4:7).] King Jesus is coming in vengeance against the ungodly. We have been commanded to love our enemies--King Jesus will take care of them. AND IN THAT DAY, KING JESUS WILL **TREAD** THE WINEPRESS OF THE FIERCENESS AND WRATH OF ALMIGHTY GOD. TREAD, v.t. To CRUSH underfoot, to TRAMPLE IN CONTEMPT HE IS GOING TO STEP AND TRAMPLE AND CRUSH. As you sit at your computer, let your legs and fall one at a time to get the idea of stepping and trampling and treading and crushing. HE WILL CRUSH THE WICKED JUST LIKE YOU CRUSH THE BLOOD OUT OF GRAPES. And their blood will come out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand six hundred furlongs. And the fowls of the air will be filled with their flesh. What a supper it will be. The angel of Revelation 19:17 sends an invitation to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven--"Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God: that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great." Many of these men/entrees have lived deliciously and fattened themselves up for the day of slaughter (ref. Ja 5:5). For them, the harvest is past, the summer is ended and they are not saved. It will be time for them to take up the dirge of the damned--it's called "Weeping, Wailing and Gnashing of Teeth". But unlike other dirges, this song will have no end for them. The wicked WILL cease their troubling --THEY will be the ones troubled on THAT day and EVERY DAY, EVERY MOMENT, THEREAFTER. 666 and the wrath of the devil is nothing compared to this. After King Jesus hath killed, he hath power to cast into hell and the lake of fire. The scriptures tell us therefore to fear him. Saints, be ready--for He cometh in a time when ye think not. Take heed to yourselves, lest at any time YOUR heart be overcharged (all filled up) with surfeiting/gluttony/drunkeness/and cares of this life so that that day come upon you unawares. That day is coming as a SNARE to all them that dwell upon the earth. Therefore, WATCH (don't play) AND PRAY "that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to STAND before the Son of man" (Luke 21:36). *****KEEPING PERSPECTIVE***** So as we continue with these "Deception" emails, we want to maintain the proper perspective. Six hundred threescore and six (666) is NOT the end. KING JESUS IS THE END. He is the OMEGA. He is the FINISHER. He is the LAST. The Lord ALONE is going to be exalted at the end. 666 is going to the lake of fire and so is everybody of the devil. KING JESUS IS GOING TO FINISH THIS. HE CREATED THIS WORLD AND **HE** (not a nuclear bomb) IS GOING TO DESTROY THIS WORLD. Make sure that you've got it right about JESUS CHRIST--not every internet site and tv show in the world--HIM. TODAY is the day of salvation. Matthew 7:21-23 is going to be fulfilled on MANY, MANY, MANY CHURCH PEOPLE. Ones that claim RIGHT NOW that they are working in the name of the Lord. If you've been playing around and hypocriting, NOW is the time to get right and serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling (Ps 2:11-12, Phi 2:12). Let the blood of Jesus bust you loose from the hold of the devil--TODAY. Don't put your focus on 666, put it on the Lord's return-- Isaiah 8:13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts HIMSELF; and **LET HIM BE YOUR FEAR, AND LET HIM BE YOUR DREAD**. Then you'll be able to properly discern about the other part (apostasy, 666, the beast, the false prophet, the devil, etc.) *******CONCLUSION****** King Jesus is coming back. Therefore, Luke 12:35 LET YOUR LOINS BE GIRDED ABOUT, AND YOUR LIGHTS BURNING; 12:36 AND YE YOURSELVES LIKE UNTO MEN THAT WAIT FOR THEIR LORD, WHEN HE WILL RETURN FROM THE WEDDING; THAT WHEN HE COMETH AND KNOCKETH, THEY MAY OPEN UNTO HIM **IMMEDIATELY**. 12:37 BLESSED ARE THOSE SERVANTS, WHOM THE LORD WHEN HE COMETH SHALL FIND WATCHING: VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT HE SHALL GIRD HIMSELF, AND MAKE THEM TO SIT DOWN TO MEAT, AND WILL COME FORTH AND SERVE THEM. 12:38 AND IF HE SHALL COME IN THE SECOND WATCH, OR COME IN THE THIRD WATCH, AND FIND THEM SO, BLESSED ARE THOSE SERVANTS. 12:39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. 12:40 Be ye therefore ready also: for THE SON OF MAN COMETH AT AN HOUR WHEN YE THINK NOT. 12:41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all? 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season? 12:43 BLESSED IS THAT SERVANT, WHOM HIS LORD WHEN HE COMETH SHALL FIND SO DOING. 12:44 OF A TRUTH I SAY UNTO YOU, THAT HE WILL MAKE HIM RULER OVER ALL THAT HE HATH. 12:45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; 12:46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and WILL CUT HIM IN SUNDER, AND WILL APPOINT HIM HIS PORTION WITH THE UNBELIEVERS. 12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be BEATEN WITH MANY STRIPES. 12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be BEATEN WITH FEW STRIPES. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. Four types of servants are mentioned above-- (1) Did the will of the Lord--they have honour, Luke 12:37 (2) Started living wickedly--cut off with unbelievers, 12:45-46 (3) Knew the Lord's will and did nothing--beaten with many stripes, Luke 12:47 (4) Knew NOT Lord's will and committed things worthy of stripes--beaten with few stripes, 12:48 Where are you at today, my friend, and where are you trying to be? If you are not in number one, think about your goal. If you decide that number one is what you want, repent, pray and start walking in the ways of number one. Reading AND obeying the word will make you strong--and by the Spirit of God it will make you despise the world's system. You will have NO longing after their system once you tarry in obedience to God's word. If you are already in number one, you are already walking in strength, praise God, you have peace--watch, pray AND REMAIN A VESSEL OF HONOUR. "...unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more" (Luke 12:48). For those who have read and understood these things, they will be required of you--and me.
